Wintering Well is a 3-session guided tapping circle designed for women who:

When Rest Feels More Stressful Than Busy
Why your body fights rest, even when you’re exhausted.
We’ll explore the protective role of busyness, the stories you carry about “earning” rest, and release the fear that if you slow down, everything will fall apart.
SESSION 2
Meeting the Discomfort of Stillness: What Emerges in the Quiet

When things get quiet, the inner voice can come through.

Here we create a compassionate space to notice what surfaces in stillness and move through the feelings underneath so clarity can emerge.

SESSION 3
Allowing the Body to Lead: Trusting Your Natural Rhythm
​​Winter is a season of intuition, gestation, and deep internal wisdom.​

In our final week, we focus on letting your body set the pace instead of your inner drill sergeant. We’ll tap on releasing “shoulds,” productivity pressure, and urgency — and practice listening to what your body actually needs.
By the end of the 3 weeks, you'll have:
